“ Každý jsme nějaký, ale hostinský, který si mne pamatuje i po mnoho letech, dávno po tom, co jsem měl to privilegium sedět "u baru u stolu šťamgastů", stále ví co mám rád... a já vím, že si nemám dávat šusťákovku na židli... protože se tak prý zranil jeho otec. (Odpuště mi prosím pane Bareš, vím toho mnohem mnohem více, tak mi nevyčítejte, že jsem byl lidsky trochu za hranicí.) Tak příště mi zas natočte malého Antonína... no raději bych Hrona nebo Plzeň, ale to nechci, protože bych nebyl schopen dostatečně vykonávat svoji práci :) Děkuji, nebylo snadné Vás přesvědčit/naučit, že to co bych chtěl, není to co potřebuji. Má úcta. P.S.: Jídlo je skvělé, ale vzdejte se těch úzkých talířů ;) ”

“ Zastavili jsme se zde na oběd a mile jsme byli překvapení s rychlou a příjemnou obsluhou . Oběd byl výborný - vepřová panenka, hranolky a kuřecí plněná kapsa hranolky. Nemáme žádné výhrady. Příště až budeme v Náchodě, opět se tu stavíme na oběd. ”
